In the comfortable, spacious lounge is a seating area with a 32’’ flat screen TV and DVD player (DVDs not included), freeview box and CD player. There is also a pull out double sofa bed.

Bedrooms

The three good sized bedrooms comprise of one double and two twin rooms. All bedrooms have good storage and the master bedroom has a dressing table and overhead storage as well as a portable TV.

Bathroom

There is a spacious shower room and separate toilet..

Outside

The caravan has ample parking, as well as a large grassed area and patio with wooden patio table. There is also a small barbecue, sun loungers and an outside light.

For your safety the caravan has fire extinguishers, smoke alarms and CO2 monitors.

The caravan backs on to the golf course and the cul-de-sac in which it is sited is quiet and has just 16 caravans and minimal traffic.

* Funworks passes are not included, but can be purchased from the main complex for an extra charge.

The caravan is no smoking and no pets.

We do not supply linen, just duvet and pillows. Therefore you will need to bring along bedding, towels and tea towels.

A £50 refundable deposit /security bond will be required at the time of booking. Once the caravan is checked after departure the security bond will be returned within a week.

Full payment of the balance will be required 6 weeks before the arrival date. The owners reserve the right to re-hire the caravan if full payment is not made.

Park Rules

The park is family orientated, and therefore do not allow same sex groups or under 21s.

Local Area

Near to Haggerston Castle are the historic sites of Holy Island Monastery, the Elizabethan walled city of Berwick upon Tweed, Bamburgh Castle, St Cuthberts Cave, Alnwick Castle and Gardens, Paxton House, and for the children is Pot-a-Doodle Doo and Conundrum Animal Farm. For those who like to walk there are the Cheviot Hills about 10 miles away.

The whole area is steeped in history from Viking to the present day. In the evening there is a choice of good quality restaurants such as the Black Bull at Lowick, or Lidisfarne at Beal. Fish and chips at Seahouses must not be missed.
