The master bedroom is at the rear with a double bed, wardrobe, several drawers and cupboards and also under-bed storage space. The second bedroom has twin beds, a wardrobe, bedside cabinate and overhead shelves and storage, while the third has bunk beds, a bedside cabinate and a single wardrobe.

The bathroom has a toilet sink and separate shower with a glass door.

Our holiday home is pitched yards from the sandy beach and close to all the park's other facilities.

All gas, electric and water rates are included in the price of your holiday.

All pillows and quilts are supplied, but you will need to bring your own bed linen, towels and other essentials. Alternatively, linen can be provided for £25 and all the bedrooms will be dressed with freshly laundered and ironed linen before your arrival.

Booking Conditions

Smoking is NOT allowed in our home.

Pets are NOT allowed as members of our family and some of our regular guests have allergies.

The park rules state that all male or female parties, or parties under the age of 25 are not permitted.

Deposit

A £70 per week deposit is required at the time of booking. This must be received by me within 7 days of provisional booking otherwise the caravan may be re-let.

This deposit is in addition to the listed holiday price and will be returned with-in 14 days of the end of your holiday as long as the keys have been returned correctly and there has been no damage/breakages during your stay.
