The second bedroom has a triple double bed (single on top and double on bottom), chest of drawers, built in wardbrobes and TV/DVD/video combi.
The living room has a sofa bed which converts into double bed, a dining table and chairs, wall mounted LCD TV with freeview, DVD and video player, and an electric fire with surround.
The kitchen is fitted with a microwave, 4 ring cooker, washing machine, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, crockery and utensils.
Outside is a patio area with bench, table and chairs, sun umbrella and sun canopy.
