Owner's Description

The main entrance leads directly into the living room which comprises of a Colour TV, built in DVD player, Freeview Satellite TV and a large wrap round settee, Gas and electric fire. Underneath the main settee there is a double fold out bed, capable of sleeping 2 adults.

The Dining area has wrap round seating and a dining table, Whilst the Kitchen is fully fitted with Gas cooker, Fridge, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster and all utensils, plates etc required for your stay.

Through the hall and to the left hand side there is a toilet and wash area which includes a shower, vanity mirror etc.

Opposite is a bedroom with 2 single beds and plenty of storage space along with a built in heater.

At the end of the caravan is one large,double bedroom with ample room and fitted walk in wardrobes,with mirrors and make up table,From the master bedroom is another door which leads to the en-suite with toilet,shower and sink

The caravan has ample parking available alongside for 2 cars.

There is no extra charge for gas or electricity. Beds are made up for you on your arrival,along with tea,coffee etc which is provided,We meet all our guests on arrival and run through basics of the caravan

Searivers Holiday Park

On entering Searivers Holiday Park there is a main reception and all road surfaces are tamac,Within the site there is a cafe,Small shop selling basic provisions,and a laundry open at certain times of the week.

There are No Bar or club Facilities on site.

Nearby and within a 5 minute walk is the beach and nature centre on the Dovey Estuary,Borth village is a 2 minute drive away and Aberystwyth centre about 15 minutes by car or 30 minutes by bus regular hourly service
