The living room is open plan with modern dining area and fully fitted kitchen with microwave, fridge freezer and full size gas cooker with double oven.
This area of the park is populated by wildlife, many birds and wildflowers and has been landscaped to a high standard with hedgerows which attract nesting birds. The sunrise and sunset views are amazing.
All this and only a few minutes to the entertainments centre on the park!

Primrose Valley
This is Haven's five star flagship site in the north of England. The facilities are extensive with plenty to do for all the family as well as quiet areas if you just want to enjoy a carvery or pub style meal and a drink.
The two showbars have entertainment during the season and there is a lakeside bar (sports bar), cafe bars and grill, fish and ship shop, pizza shop, Starbucks coffee house, Burger King and Chinese restaurant.
There are two outside heated swimming pools, as well as an indoor pool with the famous 'Splash Zone', aqua jets, surf rider, water walkerz, turbo paddlers etc. Other facilities include high ropes works (rock climbing, zip wire, abseiling), rifle shooting, archery, trampolining, go karts, and Kids Club as well as many others. There is also an outside activity court for tennis and ball games, kids playground, funfair and pitch and putt and crazy golf. At Lakeside there is fresh water fishing and boating lake surrounded by beautiful landscaped park.
There is a convenience store and gift shop on the site, launderette and cash points.
Beach access is a 5 minutes walk from the complex.
Local area
The site has a bus service which leaves regularly to Filey, Bridlington and Scarborough.
Filey is 15-20 minutes stroll down the beach or by car is about 5 minutes to well stocked supermarket and other amenities. Bridlington is about 10 minutes drive and Scarborough about 15 minutes drive. All with good beaches and local attractions.
Filey is well placed as a base to visit other local attractions such as Scarborough Sea Life Centre and Flamingoland.
Flanborough Head lighthouse and Bempton Cliffs bird sanctuary are nearby with sea caves to explore.
Whitby Abbey, Pickering and Goathland and the famous steam engine of the North Yorkshire Moors Railway, Castle Howard, Sewerby Hall, gardens and zoo, York Minster, York Castle Museum, Yorvik Viking Centre as well as theatres, cinemas and local restaurants are all within easy reach.
There are several local pubs and restaurants a short drive from the site.
