The comfortable living area has extensive sea views and there is a flat screen TV with freeview and DVD player with a selection of films. There is also a CD player and radio and a selection of books, board games and jigsaws.
There is a parking area for one vehicle beside the van and a small garden area with clothes line.
Ladram Bay Holiday Park
Ladram Bay is an award winning family park and has been voted best holiday park in Devon. We found it by accident when walking along the scenic coastal footpath from the nearby attractive Georgian resort of Sidmouth to Budleigh Salterton.
Ladram Bay is set in a sheltered cove amidst stunning cliffs and rock stacks, home to many seabirds. Although the private beach is pebbly it offers a peaceful and secluded haven for swimming, boating or just taking in the splendid views. Fishing charters, kayak hire, fresh caught fish and refreshments are on offer from the bay.
Ladram Bay Holiday Park offers plenty to do with Ozzie Otters kids club, crazy golf and a heated indoor swimming pool. There is varied family entertainment throughout the summer, a restaurant with stunning sea views from the large outdoor patio area, a bar with Sky Sports, an amusement arcade including mini 10 pin bowling, adventure playground, a convenience shop, cafe and a laundrette.
In our opinion this beautifully situated family owned park has enough to do without being over developed and noisy.
Local Area
Footpaths to Budleigh Salterton and Exmouth to the west and Sidmouth, Branscombe, Beer and Seaton to the east are recommended for the more energetic holidaymakers.
Just a short drive away you may wish to visit Crealy Adventure Park, Bicton Park Botanical Gardens, the cathedral city of Exeter or the attractive resort of Lyme Regis.
