There is central heating to all rooms including a gas fire heating to lounge.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and gas cooker. A television is provided.
Beds will be made up for you for your convenience.
Gas and electricity is included in the price.
Passes are required for the use of Breydon Water Park facilities and are arranged in advance and available
with the keys on your arrival, These passes are included in the cost of the caravan rental.
