There is a separate dining area with padded comfortable seating. The spacious lounge has a large window to the front and side allowing in the sunshine, making it very bright and airy, with large, padded, comfortable seating.

In the lounge you will find a wide screen TV, Freeview box, DVD player, music system and a gas fire. There are also electric radiators in each room if needed on a cool evening.

Outside there is storage to the rear of the caravan, with deck chairs, a parasol, wind breakers etc. for your use.

Quilts and pillows are supplied, but you will need your own bedding e,g. quilt covers, sheets, pillow cases, towels etc.

Gas and Electric are both free. However, gas can be purchased from the site office if necessary, but should you need to purchase any gas please retain the receipt and the payment will be refunded on your return (receipt needs to be shown on return).

£100 non refundable deposit is required on booking, with the remainder being due 4 weeks prior to your holiday.

The Chase Caravan Park

The Chase Caravan Park is on Anchor Lane, which is like a small holiday village on its own. Across the road from The Chase is a mini market and there is a bus stop situated just outside the site with buses running regularly.

The Chase is approximately 10 minutes walk away from the beautiful soft sands and sea, shops, pubs, clubs, cafes, take aways, live entertainment, children's entertainment and amusement arcades.

It is close enough to walk, but also far enough away to have a peaceful relaxing holiday.

It is also near enough for a nice walk along the sea front to the much loved boating lake and fishing lakes, or the other way across the sea front to Fantasy Island fun fair, Eastgate Market, which is a 7 day market in season, and the bustling Ingoldmells Village.

Also in close proximity is the stock car racing, Hardy's Animal Farm, a water park with supervised cable water skiing, Butlins, Chapel St Leonards, Mablethorpe, Sutton on Sea and Skegness.
