On the site there are 2 children's playgrounds, a launderette and shop.

There's also The Dolphin Bar which provides very nice food at good value prices and regular entertainment; children are very welcome in the Club and have their own activity area.

This is a great base for visiting East Anglia and the Norfolk Broads.

The site is situated on the edge of Winterton Valley and the sand dunes leading to the beach; great for walks. It is a short walk (5 minutes) through the estate to Hemsby Gap, a family friendly resort with lots of attractions for all the family, these include a small funfair, amusement arcades, a good range of shops and eateries, seafood stalls, swimming pool, mini golf etc. and the entrance to the beach area.

In the local area ther are plenty of boot sales and markets. Great Yarmouth is a short ride away (5 miles) if you prefer a larger resort, with lots of activites including greyhound and banger racing and live horse race meetings.

The Norfolk Broads are also within easy reach if you fancy hiring a boat for the day

A refundable deposit of £30 is required when booking this will be returned subject to no breakages following your holiday and the total balance being paid on time

Total balance is due two weeks before the start of your holiday

Every reasonable steps will be taken to ensure all equipment is in good working order for you enjoyment
