The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge with small freezer compartment, gas cooker, toaster, microwave, crockery, utensils etc, cleaning materials, washing/drying up provisions and condiments.
It has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom with two single beds, and one bunk bedroom. There is also a pull out double bed within the lounge seating. Duvets and pillows are provided for the three bedrooms only including extra blankets. Bed linen is optional and can be pre-requested when booking at no extra charge. The beds will be made ready for your arrival.
There is a shower room with WC and wash hand basin. A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are also provided. We even supply a pair of binoculars for the wild birdwatcher enthusiast!
The caravan is sited on the edge of Frenchmans Beach Holiday Park so you are not disturbed by any passers by. Outside has a shingled area with a pleasant little flowered border. We have a bench where you can sit and have a glass of chilled wine whilst capturing the last of the evening sunshine. Garden folding tables and chairs are stored under the beds.
The caravan has been equipped to a very high standard offering home from home comforts.

- Weekly bookings commence Saturday
- Short breaks between Monday and Friday only - minimum stay 3 nights
- Late bookings: Full payment must be cleared before entering the caravan by arrangement.
- Adults (minimum age 25) No all male/female parties. No smoking or pets allowed
Frenchmans Beach Holiday Village
The caravan is situated on Frenchmans Beach Holiday Village which has it’s own entertainment facilities including a small indoor pool. Leisure passes can be obtained from the site reception for a small charge.
Surrounding Area
There are many footpaths and cycle routes around the area. Within a short walking distance there are two local pubs which serve excellent food, a local shop for basic provisions and there are also two large supermarkets within a short drive. The historic town of Rye is within 3 miles with its cobbled streets, many tea rooms, restaurants and shops. Camber sands is an ideal place with its long stretch of sandy beach. The nature reserve can be accessed via the site and provides a pleasant walk to the local beach, Rye Bay.
There are many places of interest to visit in and around Rye including Hastings with its Sea Life Centre, Smugglers Caves, boating lakes and local fresh fish market. There are also many country houses, gardens, golf courses and lakes for the fishing enthusiast.
