There is a coal effect electric fire, 22" LCD TV/DVD with Freeview, a selection of magazines, books, DVDs, board games and cards. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large integral fridge/freezer, gas cooker, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, crockery, utensils, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, baby changing mat, baby bouncer seat, clothes horse, pegs and cleaning materials etc. We keep a drawer stacked with odds n ends for your convenience and would ask you to replace anything used or taken, next time you go out!

One double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a pull-out bed within the lounge seating. Pillows and duvets are provided for the three bedrooms only, including extra blankets. Bed linen is optional and can be pre-requested when booking at a charge of £5 per bed, and the beds will be made up ready for your arrival.

We provide children’s reading books for that all important bedtime story and some board games.

There is a shower room with large shower cubicle and wash hand basin and a separate WC with hand basin.

The caravan is sited on the edge of Frenchmans Beach Holiday Park so you are not disturbed by any passersby. Outside we have a decorative patio area with full size picnic bench and family BBQ, and a pretty garden with bench seat set in a large lawn area with flowering tubs when in season. Other folding chairs are also available.

The holiday park has a Clubhouse, arcade, launderette, small indoor pool and other entertainment facilities. Leisure passes for the on-site facilities can be obtained from the holiday park reception for a small charge.

Rye Bay, with its unspoilt sand/shingle beach, is approximately a 20 minute stroll away from the site, passing through the nature reserve which is an eye opener to the keenest of bird watchers. Freshwater fishing lakes are 5 or 10 minutes walk.

The surrounding area is great for cycle rides. Rye Hire can supply cycles or there are a couple of the owner's bikes which you are welcome to use.

In the local area there are many footpaths and cycle routes that you can explore. Two local pubs are within a short walking distance and both serve excellent food. Also nearby is a local shop for basic provisions or the choice of two large supermarkets just a short drive away.

The historic town of Rye is approximately 3 miles away and offers restaurants, tea rooms, antique shops and cobbled streets. Camber Sands is an ideal place to visit with its long stretch of sandy beach.

For attractions and places of interest in and around Rye you are spoilt for choice. Nearby Hastings offers a Sea Life Centre, Smugglers Caves, boating lakes and local fresh fish market. There are also many country houses, gardens, golf courses and lakes for the fishing enthusiasts.

The site has wi-fi internet access. This is free from the clubhouse or the owner can provide access at a charge of £2 per night for one user at any one time. Alternatively access can be purchased from the internet provider at their prices!!
