Owner's Description

We have available a lovely, spacious holiday chalet.

It is a two bedroom, double glazed chalet bungalow with veranda. Bedroom one has a double bed, fitted wardrobe and bedside storage. Bedroom two has two single beds, fitted wardrobes, dressing table and full length mirror.

The kitchen has wall and base units, microwave, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, washing machine, kettle, toaster, pots, pans and all the little bits you need to cook and eat. An iron and ironing board are also supplied.

The bathroom is fully tiled, with full size bath, electric shower above the bath, wash basin with mirror and a heater.

The lounge is spacious with three piece suite, electric fire and heater, laminated flooring, coffee table, TV and freeview box.

This chalet has been finished to a high standard and the veranda faces 'The Broads' so you can sit out and watch the sun go down.

Waveney Holiday Village

Waveney Holiday Village has a bar, live entertainment, restaurant and laundry facilities.

Off site there is a village pub with restaurant, fishing (fresh water and sea), three very good golf courses (open to non members) and beaches.

Great Yarmouth is 4 miles, Norwich 27 miles, and the wonderful Norfolk Broads on you door step, 0.2 miles. The village shops are 1 mile away and you will find supermarkets and stores such as Next, Halfords, Sportsworld, Boots, Currys etc., just 2½ miles away.
