The living room has a sofa along one side and under the front window. The main feature is the lovely fireplace with a gas fire. We also we have a flat screen TV with freeview and a DVD player. The dining area is between the living room and the kitchen with plenty of space for enjoying meals.

Included in the hire of this caravan is all quilts, pillows and all the quilt covers, pillow cases and sheets. All you need to bring are your own towels and tea towels.

All electric and gas is provided in our price.

Well behaved dogs are welcome free of charge - 2 small or 1 large dog only.

A £50 refundable deposit will be added to the price, which will be returned upon inspection of the caravan on the day of departure.

Please no smoking anywhere in the caravan.

On site facilities include a heated indoor swimming pool, children's play areas, amusements, prize bingo and the fantastic Club Tropicana, where there's always plenty of live entertainment (please view their website for forthcoming events)

Just over the road from the club is the Maid Marion Pub which serves food daily and is ideal for watching all the sports on TV, plus kids are welcome. near to the pub is a well stocked supermarket and several takaway outlets.

The beach is a 10 minute walk through the site, which is beautiful and clean. You can reach the centre of Chapel St Leonards along the sea front and the other way to Skegness. Dogs are allowed on the beaches but must be kept on leads during certain months.

There is also a regular bus route that will take you either into Mablethorpe, Ingoldmells or Skegness, if you don't fancy driving. If you do decide to drive it will only take about 10-15 minutes to the centre of Skegness.
