All 3 caravans have decking fitted with a gate, and are all in excellent condition and well looked after.

Caravan numbers 1 and 2 have a bathroom which consists of a shower cubicle, sink and toilet with a cabinet above the sink.

Caravan no 3 has a separate shower room and toilet. The shower room consists of a double shower cubicle and a sink with a cabinet above it.

There is plenty of seating around the lounge/dining area, and caravan number 3 has a free-standing table and chairs.

Parkside area of the caravan park is close to all the amenities of Butlins with only a 5 minute walk, no need to take the train. some areas of the caravan park are up to a 20 minutes walk away!. It is a quiet area surrounded by a large amount of grass so its ideal for the kids to play without worrying about traffic.

Sandhills is the largest area on the caravan park and is set a little further back than Parkside. However, our caravan is situated right at the front edge of Sandhills so not too far back. It is sited in a quiet cul-de-sac and has its own parking space next to the caravan. It is approximately a 5-10 minute walk away from the tunnel which leads onto the main resort, or you can catch the Butlins train at the end of the cul-de-sac if you wish.

Each caravan has its own parking space which is numbered for you.

All Prices include up to 4 Full Butlins passes (2 adults + 2 Children (aged 2-14 yrs), Extra Passes are available at £25 Per Adult and £12.50 per Child (aged 2-14 yrs)- Peak Times or £20 per adult and £10 per Child (aged 2-14 yrs) - Off Peak Times Under 2 - No passes Required!

Duvets, pillows and mattress/pillow protectors are already provided, but we ask you to bring your own bottom sheets, duvet covers and pillowslips.

There is a £50 returnable Security Bond to add to all prices this will be returned after the holiday if everything is ok in the caravan.

Butlins Holiday Resort

Butlins is a family resort and caters for people of any ages.

There is lots to do including a large leisure pool with slides, wave pool, rapids, children's splash pools with children's slides. There is also an outside pool with sunbeds etc, laser quest, bowling, free funfair, Bob the builder's yard with free children's rides, cinema, snooker tables, health spa, go-karting, bowling green, football pitches, crazy golf and endless sports facilities, plus lots and lots more.

As well as all this, there is some fantastic entertainment available in the Skyline which includes children shows like Bob the Builder, Angelina Ballerina, Barney and Friends, Titan the Robot, Cartoon Network characters etc. (there is far too much to list them all). In Centre Stage there is regular live music, comedians, wrestling, pantomimes, game shows and much more, in Reds (the home of the Red Coats) there is Billy Bears discos for the little ones, game shows, live music, special guest star turns including Chico, X Factor finalists, Britain's Got Talent contestants plus loads more. New for 2010 - Thomas the Tank Engine and Brainiac Live!

In Jaks there is family karaoke, plus over 18's late night discos, and in The Crazy Horse there is cash bingo and other entertainment. Each of these venues include fully liciensed bars.

To eat in Butlins there are several restaurants including the Sun and Moon pub, Papa John's Pizza House, Burger King and Finnigan's fish and chip shop.

There is also an amusement arcade, prize bingo and a supermarket.

Outside of Butlins it is only a 10 minute walk to Fantasy Island and large outdoor market, with shops and amusement arcades galore!

Skegness itself is only a short bus ride away with all it has to offer.
