Owner's Description

Hello there, and welcome to our caravan.

This has recently been graded as a superior plus and we hope that you will find it well situated, spacious, bright, airy, clean and comfortable for your holiday stay with us.

It has a lovely sea view along with a view of the firing range and is nearby to the beach and the entertainment complex/amenities.

Just outside the caravan is a parking bay, although this is a communal parking area you will find it most convienient for accessing the caravan.

There is also a patio/balcony area with table and chairs for dining al-fresco and enjoying the sunshine!

Our caravan includes a TV/DVD player, CD/radio, rainy day games, books, iron, ironing board, gas fire and all the usual things you would expect to find to make your stay more comfortable.

Kitchen & Dining Area

The caravan offers a lovely, bright, fully equipped kitchen area with a large modern cooker, microwave and toaster. The Dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and is very spacious.

Bedrooms

There is one double and two twin bedrooms. The lounge also makes into a double and for your convienience all duvets, pillows and bedding are supplied with the beds being made up for your arrival. However, we do not supply towels or tea towels.

Shower Room & Toilet

A fully fitted walk in shower, with wash basin and toilet, with the added extra of a further separate toilet next door.

All gas and electric is included in the price of your holiday.

Entertainment passes

We do not include entertainment passes within our price. The price for these vary throughout the season and based on our 3 bedroom caravan they are from £73.50 up to £144 (off peak or peak) depending on the length of your stay and the time of year. These prices are per caravan.
