The riverside plot looks out across the fields to the ancient village of Winchelsea.

Winchelsea Sands Holiday Park is situated between the Pett Level Nature Reserve and thr Rye Harbour Nature Reserve. The long shingle beach is a 250m walk from the site.

The site has an entertainment complex with kids club activities, bar, games room and take away. It also has a launderette and a superb outdoor swimming pool (approximately mid-May to early September).

Nearby there are some pleasant walks such as along the Royal Military Canal and the Seafront walk to Rye Harbour.

Hastings is about 10 miles away and the picturesque town of Rye is 3 miles away. The Channel ports are about 1.5 hours drive across Romney Marsh which makes a day trip to France easy.
