Owner's Description

Our caravan to let is a 2 bedroom caravan consisting of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a pull out double bed in the lounge.

There are heaters in the bedrooms and gas fire in the lounge.

The kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave and fridge. The lounge has a 23" flat screen TV and a DVD/video player.

We also have a veranda with table and chairs. The price includes gas and electric.

The passes for the club facilities are to £52 per week, or £34 per short break.

Duvets and pillows are supplied, but you need to bring your own bed linen and tea/towels.

Naze Marine Holiday Park

Naze Marine Holiday Park is a very friendly and family orientated park. It has an indoor swimming pool and entertainment is available every evening and has a chilren's club on going.

Locations & Attractions to Visit

The Naze - 137 acres of grassland above 70 foot cliffs dominated by The Naze Tower

Walton backwaters and seal trips around Horsey Island. Take a boat trip on the backwaters, a setting for some of Arthur Ransome's 'Swallows & Amazons' adventures and look out for the seals around Hornsey Island.

Walton Pier - the second longest pier in the UK with amusement arcade, fun fair and a tenpin bowling alley, so fun for all the family.

Access to the sandy beaches is just a 5 minute walk and the town and pier are just another 5 minute walk.

Stour Valley RSPB Bird Reserve.

Colchester Zoo and excellent shopping area.

Clacton is about a 15 minute drive away, which also has a lot of amusements.
