DINING AREA: (Adjacent to kitchen) has a table which extends to comfortably seat 6 people.
BEDROOMS: Master bedroom has a en-suite with bath (great for young children or a long soak for yourself). The double bed has a memory foam mattress ideal for that good nights sleep. It also has a 19 inch LCD TV/DVD (with freeview) a built in hair dryer and plenty of storage space.
Twin bedroom has plenty of storage and its own shower and wash basin. One of the beds can be lifted to proved space for a cot or more room for the single person. A separate w/c is adjacent.
Additionally: The caravan benefits from having full double glazing, a central heating system with radiators throughout, plus heated towel rails in both bathrooms. An electric “coal fire" effect heater is placed in the living room which helps creates a cosy atmosphere in the evening.
All gas and electricity are included in the price of your hire.

Direct Beach Access
Easy access to Caister's Beach directly from the Park. The beach is wide and sandy and un-spoilt. It is perfect for sunbathing, building sand castles or going for a walk. Why not bring your deck chairs and take a relaxing seat whilst the children paddle in the sea?
Great Yarmouth
A traditional sea side town that is 4 miles away with its wide beaches and sea front entertainment. Additionally there is the pleasure beach fun park, but if that’s not for you, try a day at the races or a trip along the broads, Yarmouth stadium for grey hound or stock car racing. A round or two of golf or a night at the cinema/theatre …...or explore the rest of Norfolk and the broads at your own pace.
Booking Information
To confirm your booking, a £75 deposit will be required unless the dates are within 8 weeks of commencement of your holiday in which case the full amount must be paid.
This deposit of £75 is required to cover any damages.
On completion of your holiday (provided no damages have occurred) this deposit (£75) will be refunded within 7days. Please note that this deposit is not part of the holiday payment
Your deposit payment must arrive within 7 days of any provisional booking.
The full price (in addition to the deposit) must be paid 8 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday, should your payment not reach us by the due dates we reserve the right to re-let the caravan.
A confirmation letter will be emailed (or posted if required) upon receipt of any payments.
Should you have to cancel your booking prior to making the full payment then only the deposit will be lost.
Should you have to cancel after making the full payment only 50% will be refundable.

Entertainment passes are not included in our prices as they can be easily obtained when checking in at Haven reception
Conditions of Hire - (combined park rules)
- The hirer of the caravan must be 25 years or older and must be present during the occupancy of your caravan.
- The caravan is only available to families and couples. Haven do not allow all male or all female parties.
- No pets allowed.
- No smoking in the caravan.
- Any person whose unreasonable conduct causes a nuisance to any other persons on the parks may be asked to leave by site security - in such an event no moneys will be returned.
- All guests to vacate by 10 am on the day of departure to enable us to clean our caravan before the next guests arrive.
- Premises must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
- Any losses, breakage, or damage to the caravan or its contents during your stay is the responsibility of the hirer.
- We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal property including motor vehicles during your stay.
- Towels are not provided.
