We have also provided a 32" wide screen TV (with freeview), a DVD player plus a mini hi-fi with DAB radio, CD player and of course the i-pod docking station. Additionally there are double doors onto a small veranda.

Kitchen - with a washing machine, range cooker, microwave, George Foreman grill, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, under counter fridge and freezer, and of course, all cooking utensils. A sliding door gives access to a small veranda.

Dining Area - (adjacent to the kitchen) with a table that extends to seat 6 people.

Bedrooms - The master bedroom has a king size bed with a memory foam mattress; perfect for that good nights sleep. It also has a 19 inch LCD TV/DVD (with Freeview) and plenty of storage space in addition to the walk in wardrobe. The twin bedroom also has plenty of storage.

Family Bathroom – very spacious and containing a full size bath, separate shower, sink and WC.

The Connoisseur

The Connoisseur comprises of an open plan lounge and dining area, a master bedroom with en-suite, a twin bedroom and a separate family bathroom with shower. There are also garden chairs provided for sitting outside.

Lounge - open plan with ample seating that includes a sofa bed for two people. A 26” TV (with Freeview), DVD player and a hi-fi have been provided for your entertainment.

Dining Area – (adjacent to the kitchen) with a free standing glass topped table with high backed chairs, seating 4.

Kitchen – with modern units incorporating a large fridge freezer and oven with hob. A toaster, kettle, microwave, George Forman grill, coffee maker and all cooking utensils are provided.

Bedrooms – The master bedroom comes with a king sized bed, dressing table, plenty of storage and an en suite. The twin bedroom also has plenty of storage and of course twin beds.

Shower Room – with walk-in shower, modern wash basin and WC.

Both caravans are maintained to a high standard and benefit from having full double glazing, a central heating system with radiators throughout, plus heated towel rails in the bathrooms. An electric ‘coal fire’ effect heater is placed in the lounge, which helps create a cosy atmosphere in the evening.

All beds (in bedrooms) are made up for you on arrival.

Gas and electricity are included in the price of your hire.

Caister Holiday Park

At Caister Holiday Park your children will love the well-organised activities and the fantastic Haven daytime shows - adults have been known to love them too!

For a family Holiday Park experience in a terrific holiday village, Caister delivers all this and more. In 2011 the swimming pool complex was refurbished and for 2012 a new entertainments bar has been built to replace Neptune’s. Some activities will require an additional fee or entertainment passes to access.

Mash and Barrel Lounge-Bar-Café

Mash & Barrel has been specially designed and created for Haven. The feel is smart and contemporary with both internal and covered external dining areas. The atmosphere is very relaxed and family friendly, making for a thoroughly enjoyable experience for all. There's a big bar area serving beers, wines and cocktails. An all-day menu serves snacks and family meals. A lounge area with big sofas is the perfect spot to catch up with the sporting action on the TVs, or pick up the free Wi-Fi for emails and facebook or for just sitting back and relaxing. Outside there is a large screen TV, inside there are pools tables and dart boards.

Papa John's

Pizza, pasta and healthy salads. Eat in, take out or have them delivered direct to your caravan door.

Arcade of the future!

The Fun-Works amusements centre incorporates traditional and new arcade games and Bowlingo (a version of ten pin bowling).

Swimming Pool

You will require fun passes to access the pool complex which has had a major re vamp in 2011.

Caister Beach

There is easy access to Caister's beach directly from the Park. The beach is wide and sandy and un-spoilt. It is perfect for sunbathing, building sand castles or going for a walk or a paddle. Great Yarmouth

4 miles away is Great Yarmouth the traditional sea side town with its wide beaches and sea front entertainment. Additionally there is the pleasure beach fun park, but if that’s not for you, try a day at the races or a trip along the broads, Yarmouth stadium for grey hound or stock car racing. A round or two of golf or a night at the cinema/theatre …...or explore the rest of Norfolk and the broads at your own pace.

Cost of 2012 Fun Works passes

Peak- School and Bank Holidays 7 nights: Capped at £132 or £37 per adult, £19 per child (up to 14 years) 3/4 nights: Capped at £106.50 or £37 per adult, £19 per child (up to 14 years)

Off Peak – all other times 7 nights: Capped at £97.50 or £25.50 per adult, £13.25 per child (up to 14 years) 3/4 nights: Capped at £82.50 or £20.50 per adult, £10.75 per child (up to 14 years)

Entertainment passes are not included in our prices as they can be easily obtained when checking in at reception. Regrettably there are no savings in buying through us.

Booking Information

To confirm your booking, a £75 deposit will be required unless the dates are within 8 weeks of commencement of your holiday in which case the full amount must be paid.

The deposit of £75 is required to cover any damages. On completion of your holiday (provided no damages have occurred) this deposit (£75) will be refunded within 7 days. Please note that this deposit is not part of the holiday payment.

Your deposit payment must arrive within 7 days of any provisional booking.

The full price (in addition to the deposit) must be paid 8 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. Should your payment not reach us by the due dates we reserve the right to re-let the caravan.

A confirmation letter will be emailed (or posted if required) upon receipt of any payments.

Should you have to cancel your booking prior to making the full payment then only the deposit will be lost. Should you have to cancel after making the full payment only 50% will be refundable.

Conditions of Hire - (combined park rules)

The hirer of the caravan must be 25 years or older and must be present during the occupancy of your caravan.

The caravan is only available to families and couples. Haven do not allow all male or all female parties.

No pets allowed. No smoking in the caravan.

Any person whose unreasonable conduct causes a nuisance to any other persons on the park may be asked to leave by site security - in such an event no moneys will be returned.

All guests to vacate by 10 am on the day of departure to enable us to clean our caravan before the next guests arrive.

Premises must be left in a clean and tidy condition.

Any losses, breakage, or damage to the caravan or its contents during your stay is the responsibility of the hirer.

We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal property including motor vehicles during your stay.

Towels are not provided. Bedding for the sofa bed in lounge is also not provided.
