Caravan Description
2012 Victory Woodland View, 6 berth, 3 bed, spacious family caravan set in a peaceful elevated sunny position with stunning sea views and a large deck and patio area. Also provided is a table, seating and BBQ for enjoying al-fresco dining and a glass of wine as the sun goes down.
The accommodation is centrally heated and double glazed, and consists of one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a pull out double bed in the lounge area. There is a separate toilet and the family bathroom has a toilet and shower. Duvets and pillows are provided.
The well equipped kitchen has an intergrated full size fridge/freezer and microwave, gas double oven with grill and 4 burner gas hob.
The dining area offers seating for up to six people (although a bit of a squish). Electricity is included in the price
The comfortable living area has a Plasma TV with freeview and DVD player.
Parking is available beside the caravan and has been upgraded this year for ease of parking.
Part week and long weekends are available.

Ladram Bay is an award winning family holiday park and has been voted the best holiday park in Devon.The site facilities include a private and secluded beach, Ozzie Otter kids club, beach shop, crazy golf and heated indoor pool. There is fantastic family entertainment, bar (with Sky Sports), a sea view restaurant, amusement arcade, adventure playground and a launderette.
The secluded cove at Ladram Bay also offers the opportunity for shore and boat fishing as well as kayak hire.

There is plenty to do in the surrounding area such as coastal walks along the Jurassic coast or a visit to Bicton Park Botanical Gardens. Sidmouth,Seaton, Lyme Regis, Budleigh Salterton and Exmouth are a short just drive. Crealy Adventure Park is a great day out for those with children and is only 20 minutes away.
