There are 2 bathrooms in the caravan; the first with a large walk in shower and wash basin, the second with a toilet and corner wash basin. Both have fitted units/shelves and a mirror.
With ample parking in front of the caravan, we also benefit from being surrounded by a grassy area, which is great for the kids. We have provided outside seating for your stay, ideal for catching some rays during the summer.
West Sands Holiday Park
Bunn Leisure is one of the largest independent caravan parks in Europe. It is made up of 3 static caravan sites as well as one touring park with facilities to suit everyone’s taste.
Our caravan is situated in a quite cul-de-sac near to the Oasis Complex and Embassy Theatre.
The sites location gives you the optimum opportunity to discover a unique stretch of coastline including 1 mile of private beach on site, and beautiful views across to the Isle of Wight.

Portsmouth Historic Dockyard - Visit the world famous historic ships at the home of the Royal Navy. Go aboard HMS Victory, HMS Warrior 1860 and you can also see the Mary Rose Museum.
Weald and Down Museum – Situated in the heart of the South Down’s this museum is England’s leading museum of historical buildings and traditional rural life, a beautiful place to visit.
Fishbourne Roman Palace - The Roman Palace and Gardens at Fishbourne sites the remains of the largest and earliest Roman residence in Britain. The Roman floor mosaics date back to the 1st Century AD.
Tangmere Military Aviation Museum – The museum offers something for everyone with a wonderful collection of historic aircraft and artefacts
Arundel Castle - Still a family home of the Dukes of Norfolk which reflects the history of nearly 1000 years.
Nature Trails
Pagham Harbour Local Nature Reserve - is almost 60 hectares (1500 acres) in size. The Reserve is made up of saltmarsh and tidal mudflats with shingle, open water, reed swamp and wet permanent grassland habitats. The Reserve is part of a network of protected sites across Europe and has national and international significance for its special wildlife and geological/geomorphological features.

Membership passes are not included in the hire costs but can be purchased from the reception on arrival. We can also arrange this for you.

The full amount of the holiday will be due, together with a security deposit of £60 (We request the £60 is on a separate cheque). This cheque will be refunded, subject to no damages, breakages, excessive cleaning, or smoking in the property). We don't see why you should pay more for your holiday if you look after the caravan, so we provide this cash back service on every booking made from 2 days to 14 days.
Hiring’s are weekly Saturday – Saturday. Short breaks are also available, but not during School Holidays and Bank Holiday weeks.
