The carpet was also replaced as well as new cushion floor in the kitchen area. Also, all new plates, pots and pans and cutlery have been supplied.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, but you will need to bring your own bed linen and towels.
The bathroom has an in-built shower unit, sink and toilet.
Because we have set up the caravan for ourselves and our family, you will find everything you need for your holiday including a brand new full cooker with oven, brand new microwave, brand new fridge, toaster, kettle and plenty of cutlery, pots, pans and tableware.
Also in the caravan is a colour television, freeview box and DVD player which you are more than welcome to use.
In dry weather you are able to park your car beside the caravan, or parking spaces are about 10 yards away.
All gas and electric is free.
Parties of young people or all female/male groups are not allowed.
Sorry but pets are not allowed.
Local Area
The Chase is approximately a 10 minute walk down to The Bell pub. Access is from the entrance on Anchor Lane and then turn right out of the caravan park toward the sea front. Also, you'l find amusements and a nice seafront walk towards Fantasy Island and Eastgate markets.
Our caravan is sited just off the main road on a quite site with all amenities close to hand. No facilities are available on site but we are within 100 yards of the shops, bars, cafe/restaurants and amusements. Across the road is a mini market and there is also a launderette close by.
The beach is only 10 minutes walk away and there are also numerous fishing sites close to hand and even more just 10/15 minutes drive away.
Fantasy Island, Skegness and Chapel St Leonards are all easily accessible with a bus stop about 30 yards from the caravan that runs a regular service.
Terms & Conditions
A £50 non refundable deposit is required to secure your chosen date with the balance payable 4 weeks before the holiday is to commence.
A £50 bond is also required to cover any breakages and/or damages and for the safe return of the keys to the office. This needs to be paid with your balance and will be returned to you on inspection of the caravan.
