Owner's Description

Our caravan has gas central heating and double glazing throughout.

It has a luxurious lounge with three piece suite, stone fireplace with gas coal fire, TV/DVD with freeview, and patio doors opening onto secure child safe decking.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, 5 ring gas hob, eye level grill, oven, microwave and dining area, again with patio doors opening on to the decking.

There are three bedrooms, one with king size bed, 2 twin bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the lounge.

The bathroom has a full size bath and power shower.

Sunset View caravan has an enviable position with frontline viewing of the sea and sunsets.

It is situated in a very quiet corner of Perran Sands Holiday Park with all amenities just a short walk away and easy access to the 3 miles of golden beach for surfers, or path with pushchair access. The famous Watering Hole pub/restaurant on the beach is a 20 minute walk away.

Perran Sands Holiday Park is on the edge of Penhale Sands which is a 'Special Area of Conservation' (SAC) because of its rare habitats, plants and animals of European importance. The dunes are the largest in Cornwall.
