Owner's Description

Our caravan is an ABI California, which sleeps up to 8 people. There are 3 bedrooms; one is a bunk bedroom, one is a double bedroom with built in wardrobes and TV, and one further is a twin bedroom.

The lounge has a dining table and the seating area can be made up to a further double bed.

The caravan has hardly been used and this is our first year of letting so the caravan is in exellent condition and very clean.

There is a shower room.

In the lounge is freeview TV and a DVD player. The kitchen has a fridge freezer and all appliances including microwave.

Outside there is a patio with seating area and a small garden.

Linen is provided as well as tea towels, but please bring your own towels and toiletries i.e toilet roll, soap etc.

All rooms have electric heaters and the lounge has a gas fire.

Camber Sands

Camber Sands has recently had a 3 million pound makeover so everything is new.

There is a local shop on site and large play area with inflatables and rides for the children, and a tennis court. Also on site there is entertainment for the kids all day and in the evening there is a full entertainment programme i.e. bingo, the Sparky show for the children and live bands and comediens finshed by a disco.

The site is just 5 minutes from the lovely beach at Camber, 10 minutes from the beautiful town of Rye, where there is a rare breed centre - fantastic fun for the children, and 20 minutes from Hastings, which has restaurants, shops and a funfair.
