Sleeping accommodation comprises of:

• One double bedroom with ensuite shower room
• Two twin bedrooms, each with two single beds

NB: bed guards are available upon request; travel cot (without bed linen) is also available: These must be booked prior to arrival.

Living accommodation comprises:

• Fully equipped kitchen with lpg gas oven, grill and hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer
• An open plan lounge-diner with freeview television and a DVD player, with access out onto the fully enclosed sun deck which has a wonderful sea view
• Separate bathroom

The caravan has a combi boiler providing hot water as required, and for visitors during spring/autumn there is central heating available in all rooms for maximum comfort. The caravan is also alarmed and fully double glazed.

Perran Sands Holiday Park

The caravan is situated within the Haven holiday complex, and you are able to use the following facilities:

• The on-site supermarket , bakery, and gift shop
• Laundrette
• Take away restaurants (Pizza, Burger King)
• Family restaurant and bar
• Children's playground
• ATM Machine
• Amusements

You can also purchase the Funworks Entertainment passes from Haven (these can be purchased at the same time as booking or direct on arrival). The passes are valid for 7 nights and are charged per person, although there is a maximum capped charge per caravan.

Haven also charges £1.00 per person if not booked 7 days before arrival.

Purchase of these passes will entitle you to full use of the facilities, including:

• Indoor and outdoor swimming pools
• Two nightclub/bars with live family entertainment shows
• Children's activity clubs
• For small additional fees you are also able to hire bicycles on site

Within the town of Perranporth are the following amenities:

• Large Supermarket
• Wide variety of restaurants / take aways, and bars which also offer food.
• Reen Manor Riding School - offering rides for all ages and abilities.
• Several Surf Shops which hire equipment out and offer lessons.

Also locally is Perranporth golf club. Situated adjacent to the complex is an 18 hole golf course offering spectacular panoramic views of both the countryside and the extensive golden sands of Perranporth. Perranporth is centrally located within Cornwall with easy access to Newquay (8 miles) and the cathedral city of Truro (9 miles). The South West Coastal Path is accessible from the site and in peak season buses call in at the site which will take you to the larger destinations if you want to leave the car behind for the day. Access to other attractions in the county is within an easy drive, the maximum of which is about an hour.
