Owner's Description

The caravan is privately owned, cleaned and kept to a high standard. Is it well sited on a cut grass area with free parking by the side. There is also outdoor bench seating/table.

There are two bedrooms - one double and one with two single beds which can be combined to make a double. Another double can be made up in the lounge if required. Pillows and duvets are provided but you will need to bring your own bed linen. There is a colour TV with Freeview in the main double bedroom.

The lounge/diner area has ample seating for 6, a gas fire and 32" colour TV with Freeview and DVD player.

The kitchen is well equipped, with gas cooker, microwave, fridge and toaster.

The bathroom has a shower cubicle, flush toilet and handbasin.

Trenance Holiday Park is the ONLY Park in Newquay close enough to be within walking distance of the beautiful beaches, town centre and nightlife, but far enough out to give you quiet evenings.

On site you will find a mini-market/off licence, restaurant with take away, fully equipped laundrette, games room with video games, public telephone and post box.

Local Area

Adjacent to the Park will be found Restormel Borough Council's 26 acre Leisure Park which has amongst other things, two indoor swimming pools, gym, zoo, children's play area, boating lake, indoor and outdoor tennis, 'Wooden Waves' skate boarding and bowling green - something for everyone.

Newquay is also ideally situated as a base for touring Cornwall.
