Owner's Description

This privately owned chalet has three double bedrooms and sleeps six. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two each have two single beds.

There is a spacious lounge/diner with colour TV. The bathroom has the usual WC, hand basin and bath with an electric shower.

The chalet is carpeted throughout with the exception of the bathroom where there is laminate flooring.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, fridge and microwave and toaster.

Dogs are welcome. However, the site rule is that they should be on a lead at all times whilst on site and any fouling cleaned up.

There is an electric meter in the lounge which takes £1 coins (site owners charge).

Free membership to the on site club (Oasis) is included in the price. This club has nightly entertainment and also has a restaurant - children are welcome.

Free membership is also included for the indoor heated pool.

California Sands

There is an on site mini market, amusement arcade, launderette and fish and chip shop. There is also a hire shop providing bedding, wheelchairs, bikes etc.

There are family friendly pubs nearby within walking distance, which offer full range of food and entertainment. Also within walking distance (approximately 500 yards) is a superb sandy beach.

Great Yarmouth centre is approximately 5 miles away with its numerous attractions including the pleasure beach. There is a regular bus service outside the site entrance. Also nearby are excellent locations for day trips including theme parks, bygone village etc.

A trip to nearby Norfolk Broads is also recommended.
