Our caravans have modern upto date kitchens, with lots of cupboard space together with most utensils and equipment similar to your own kitchen at home.

Each lounge area has a LCD flat screen TV with DVD & freeview TV. Each caravan has a security safe fitted to keep your valuables secure during your stay (e.g. cash, credit cards, jewellery etc.)

There is fixed heating provided in the bedrooms for added comfort during cooler weather.

Each caravan has a large veranda complete with table and chairs for enjoying the warmer weather.

Whilst we fully admit our prices are not the cheapest in the area, but by all means you will find out that they certainly are not the dearest either, we tend to believe that nowadays you get what you pay for in regarding accommodation. We believe in offering a fair price in return for lovely caravans based on a very well looked after Caravan Park, backed up with good honest customer relations from ourselves.

We also do weekends and short breaks durning the season here and there (mostly not July or August time) depending on weekly bookings, which take priority. If you want either a weekend break or just a few days break, by all means give us a ring and see what we can do for you, Sometimes, but not always, we can do very good deals on prices,

Kingfisher Park

The caravan park itself is very neatly maintained and facilities include a large enclosed children's play park, a good sized shop and also a modern laundrette. The site has separate entrance and exit areas controlled by access barriers and covered by CCTV cameras. There's also CCTV around the caravan park, as well as there being over night mobile security patrols.

Local Area

The caravan park is conveniently located close to all amenities including a large entertainments complex on the edge of the park, which houses two large amusement areas (upstairs and downstairs) and a bingo section as well as a large café and indoor play area for the younger children. Upstairs is a large family show bar with regular entertainment.

A few minutes walk away from the caravan park is the Eastgate market with bargains galore and the Fantasy Island complex with shops, take aways, and another very popular large family show bar with great nights of entertainment from different artists, including a pre-main show of children’s entertainment from children’s TV characters for the younger children.

The lovely sandy beach is less than a 10 minute walk away from the caravan park.

On the edge of the Kingfisher Park is a bus stop with a regular bus service to Skegness where you will find plenty of shops, bars, more sandy beaches and an outdoor swimming pool, as well as a good theatre with big named shows.
