Everything you are likely to need is provided; videos, games and books for grey weather days and a ladies and gents mountain bike are available for use. The bikes must be chained to the outside of the chalet when not in use; chains and a lock are provided.

Electricity is by £1 coin operated meter which is set at the national rate.

Sorry no pets and strictly no smoking in the chalet.

Prices are for the chalet, per week, maximum number of occupants 6, and from 2pm Saturday to 12 noon the following Saturday.

On departure it is expected that the chalet will be left in good condition.

However you will be required to pay a deposit of £50 which will be returned after your stay providing no damage has occurred.

Broadside Chalet Park

Broadside Chalet Park is within the centre of the Broads and is within walking distance of Stalham town centre and Staith Marinas, where daily boat hire is available, and the sandy beaches of Sea Palling are only 4 miles away.

All Chalets are privately owned and the Chalet Park is beautifully landscaped. Car parking is in designated areas allowing children to play safely on the greens outside the chalets.

There is a licensed club house which overlooks a heated swimming pool, a toddler pool and play area.

During peak season some entertainment is available in the clubhouse, they also serve excellent bar meals at very reasonable rates to eat in or take away or you can also sit and relax by the pool side to eat if you wish.

Stalham is in between Wroxham and Great Yarmouth and is approximately 15 miles from Norwich and approximately 17 miles from the sandy beaches of Cromer.
