Owner's Description

Our caravan is situated in the quieter area of the privately owned Hawthorns development at Newquay Holiday Park, but still within easy reach of the swimming pools and all park amenities.

The caravan is maintained and cleaned by us and a friendly personal service is assured. Where possible we aim to meet and greet our visitors on their arrival.

It is an 8 berth, 3 bedroom 36' x 12' caravan with 1 double bed, 1 small double bed which can be split into 2 singles, and 1 twin room and a pull-out double sofa bed in the lounge. The caravan caters better for 6 persons only.

There is a panel heater in the double bedroom and additional heating is available for the other bedrooms. A cot and highchair are available to hire.

All bed linen is provided and the beds are made up for your arrival. All you need to bring are your own towels and tea towels.

It has a spacious lounge/diner with an additional drop-side table for large families, gas fire, Digital TV, DVD and CD player, gas fire, books and games.

The kitchen is fully fitted with:

Kettle, Microwave, 4 slice toaster, Gas cooker with oven and grill, Fridge with freezer compartment, Hoover, Iron and ironing board, All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensil, BBQ tools.

There is a shower room with wash hand basin and a separate toilet with wash hand basin.

6 Outdoor chairs and a table are provided for your use along with a small BBQ. There is enough parking for two cars at the side of the caravan.

All gas and electricity is included in the price of your holiday.

Sorry no pets are allowed and we only accept family groups.

Newquay Holiday Park

Newquay Holiday Park is situated in the rolling Cornish countryside just 3 miles from the centre of Newquay with a good bus service stopping at the entrance to the park.

Apart from the excellent local beaches of Porth, Fistral and Watergate, it is also an ideal base to explore the towns of Truro, Falmouth, St Ives, Penzance, all within easy reach and for visits to the Eden Project, Lands End, the Lizard, St Michaels Mount etc. Information on all the local attractions are provided for you in the caravan.

The park facilities include:

Giant 200ft waterslide and 3 heated outdoor pool complex with Lifeguards on duty. swimming pool kiosk offering drinks and snacks. Pitch n putt 9 hole course. Nature trail (the park has received David Bellamy awards for its nature conservation).
