In the lounge area is a TV, DVD player and a small amount of games and DVDs to keep you amused if the weather is variable. There is ample comfortable seating both in the lounge and in the family dining area.

The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, cooker and microwave. Also included are all cooking utensils, cutlery, glasses, patio ware and crockery.

The two main doors open onto decking which runs the length of the caravan and we supply patio furniture for those relaxed times sitting out on the decking, which has the sun on it from mid morning until the sun sets; we love this sun spot.

Electricity is included in the price.

Fossil hunters will love Lyme Regis while Exmouth provides a pleasant shopping experience.

Only 20 minutes drive away is Crealy Adventure Park, an exciting day out for those with children. Why not venture a little further for country pubs, historic Exeter and Paignton Zoo.
