The master bedroom has a double bed with double wardrobe, large mirror and door to en-suite with large shower, wash basin with cupboard overhead, and a toilet.

The further two bedrooms have two single beds in each and one has wardrobes.

All bedrooms are equipped with duvets and pillows, but you will need to suply your own sheets, duvet covers and towels.

All gas and electricity is included in the rental price.

We also do mini breaks.

Shops and supermarket are just a 3 minute walk away, and a 2 minute drive to Llandudno.

Penrhyn Hall Farm Caravan Park is a five star family run site; a quiet and tranquil spot with laundry facilities on site and an enclosed playing field with slide and climbing frames. There is a wooded walk 2 minutes from the site.

A children's farm on Bodafon Fields is a short drive away towards Llandudno, a wonderful Victorian seaside town with all the amenities including a theatre, cinema, good shopping, pier, 2 beaches, new swimming pool opened in 2008, Great Orme, cable cars, dry ski/toboggan runs and lots more.

Penrhyn Hall restaurant is adjacent and the beach at Penrhyn Bay is approximately 1 mile away.

The Welsh Mountain Zoo at Colwyn Bay is a short drive away with harbour, puppet theatre and beach at Rhos-on-Sea.

Conway is approximately 5 miles away with its castle, harbour boat trips along the river and many National Trust sites in the surrounding areas.

Snowdonia National Park is within easy reach.
