The Solent Breezes clubhouse/bar provides food and entertainment. Last year Friday night was curry night and the Sunday lunches are very popular. They serve breakfast, lunch and evening meals in the clubhouse. Please check availabilty in the low season.

My children enjoy the games and activities laid on by the entertainment team and for the adults there is a programme of live entertainment, quizzes, bingo etc. It's all very relaxed though – not for people wanting full on activity I'm afraid!

The swimming pool is well heated and is open June, July and August.

Our Caravan

We live locally (in Fareham) and I clean and prepare the caravan myself. The caravan is well equipped, but I make sure that all our personal belongings are removed so you won't have any unnecessary clutter. I provide duvets and bed linen.

Our Caravan is an Atlas Nevada newly carpeted throughout. It consists of a double bedroom, twin bedroom (with a third fold down child's bunk and cot side for one bed), bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, separate freezer, microwave and gas cooker, lounge and dining area with fold-out double bed, TV/video and radio, heaters in each room and outdoor furniture. We are lucky that we have a particularly large grassy area around our caravan.

The Local Area

The site has direct beach access and is surrounded by coastal conservation area. It's great for walking and cycling off road. There are also plenty of keen fishermen and sailors. The nearby village of Titchfield has 4 pubs and the small sailing towns of Warsash and Swanwick several more. There are food shops only 10 minutes drive away and plenty of take away restaurants that deliver to the site. Titchfield has a fabulous butchers shop – highly recommended for barbeque food!

Solent Breezes is also a good touring base for the historic cities of Southampton, Portsmouth and Winchester. The New Forest and the villages of the Meon Valley are also within easy reach.
