Large double glass doors open out from the dining room onto a large veranda where evenings can be spent listening to the birds or just enjoying the quiet of the countryside in the seclusion of our gardens.

Outside, there is ample grass areas for BBQ and ball games. A large shed containing a washing machine is available and can be used for storing bikes and holiday equipment. Also there is a large parking area for cars and boats.

The caravan is in tip-top condition with all gas, electricity, bed linen and tea towels included in the letting price (please bring your own personal towels).

Your holiday destination is situated three miles off the A30, close to the Eden Project, set in the idyllic Luxulyan Valley. Also close at hand is the former ancient Cornish Stannary town of Lostwithiel, with its renowned accredited restaurants and antique shops, plus the picturesque museum port of Charlestown with its adjacent beaches, as well as Cornwall's main shopping centre of Truro.
