Our deck is the place to chill out and relax from the strains of to-days modern living. Enjoy the spectacular sea views, the passing steam trains and take in the fresh sea air. Or maybe you just want to relax with a good book and a glass of wine and let world sail by!

We have patio seating for six, along with a table and sun parasol. We have also erected a bird table, where you can enjoy the daily visits from a selection of Devon birdlife.

Do not forget to bring your binoculars!

Lounge-Dining-Kitchen

We have recently up graded our holiday home with a top of the range Willerby Aspen Platinum grade model.

Ocean View is fully furnished and fully equipped following a seaside nautical theme. Our guests now enjoy the full benefits of double glazing, gas central heating, en-suite bedroom, power shower and luxury living!

Ocean View has open plan lounge-dining area has seating for six persons. A Free View 32” LCD HD TV and Blue-Ray DVD Player provided to make your stay special. We provide a selection of DVD’s, radio and a weather station so you can plan your days! On arrival we provide a complementary beverage tray with, tea, coffee and milk so you can enjoy a cup of tea after your drive to us!

Bedrooms-Bathrooms

Ocean Views master bedroom; has a King sized mattress topped with memory foam and enjoys the added benefit of en-suite bathroom.

Ocean Views second bedroom; has two single beds and access to a second bathroom and toilet. Both bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe storage space.

In addition we also have a large pullout double bed in the lounge area which sleeps a further two guests. We can sleep up to six persons in well-appointed plush surroundings.

Utilities

Ocean View has a mains supply for electricity, gas and water. For those chillier days you also have the added benefit of a feature lounge gas fire and FULL gas central heating to the bedrooms and toilet areas.

We supply a full inventory of bedding for up to six persons including quilts and pillows. Please supply your own linen, to include towels toiletries, and bed linen. We can supply a bed linen service at a small extra charge.

Sea View - Our Platinum 35x12 Grade – Sister Waterside Caravan -New 2012 Model

We also own two more caravans on Waterside. Sea View is a Platinum Grade Caravan, enjoying the same fantastic coastal views. We offer our guests excellent value for money accommodation and of course our personal service.

Lyme Bay View- Our Platinum Grade 30x12- Sister Waterside Caravan. New 2012 Model

This is our slightly smaller caravan on Waterside. It too has the same fantastic views across Lyme Bay.

We can now offer accommodation for up to 18 persons in total when dual or triple booking all three caravans. Ideal if you would like to bring your parents or friends on holiday with you. For details on availability and price please view ID 2232b and 2232c on this website.

Booking Notes

Please note that our caravan is not suitable for wheelchair users due to the steps which lead up to our home from our parking bay.

Please enquire if you would like to bring your pet on holiday with you. .

1. Booking deposit is calculated at 20% of total rental cost.

2. Final balance payable two months before your holiday arrival date.

3. We accept payment by: Cheque, P.O. Order, Bank Transfer and Pay pal.

4. A fully refundable £100 security deposit will apply to all bookings.

5. We are a Pet Friendly caravan. We make a small extra charge for pet bookings.

6. On request we can quote for half board/breakfast only meal options.

7. We personally clean and manage our caravan to professional standards.

Waterside Amenities

We also provide FREE of charge park entertainment passes for our all our guests. Nightly entertainment shows change nightly and run from March to October each season.
