Lounge: large seating & dining area with free standing furniture, dining room table and chairs, Freeview TV & DVD player, midi hi-fi system, gas fire & electric heater (which can be moved from room to room as necessary). We now also have Sky TV, but you will need to take your own viewing card.

Kitchen: microwave, oven & hob with four gas rings, full size fridge freezer, toaster & kettle, cutlery, & crockery, pans, iron and small tabletop ironing board. **(a welcome food pack including essential items is available for an extra charge - please ask when booking)

The caravan if fitted with a fire alarm, fire extinguisher & alarm for your safety.

Bathroom: large full sized shower, wash basin & toilet. There is also a separate toile with sink.

The caravan is inspected, & fully cleaned by ourselves to a high standard before your arrival, assuring you of a pleasurable stay.

Presthaven sands

Presthaven sands has ample facilities for a fun filled holiday and is ideal for families with children of all ages or couples, especially those who enjoy nice walks and beautiful views. Close to Talacre, Prestatyn & Rhyl easily reached by the bus that stops at the entrance to the site.

There are 2 indoor & 1 outdoor pool (heated), a sauna, and swimming lessons are available.

Sports: football coaching, archery & fencing.

Children & teenagers: paws 1-4yrs, funtime 5-11yrs, small funfair, amusements, indoor & outdoor play areas, family shows and entertainment.

Other facilities

Amusements & games rooms, mini tenpin bowling, pool tables, go karts & bike hire, arcade. Regular shows & activities in the 2 showbars nightly, mash & barrel bar & restaurant with satellite tv. Anchorage inn + much more.

Shops & services

Supermarket selling gifts, tobacco & all your holiday essentials, launderette, fish & chip shop, burger king, & chinese takeaway.

Direct beach access from various points around the park via the sand dunes.

Booking terms & conditions

1. When booking we will require a £50 deposit which will secure your booking, this is in addition to the cost of your holiday and will be refunded within 2 weeks of the last day of your holiday, providing the caravan and its contents are left undamaged, clean and tidy.

2. We welcome families & couples. Bookings made by anyone under the age of 25 or groups of single or same sex are not allowed (please refer to parks terms and conditions).

3. Price excludes funworks passes which are available from the parks reception.

4. Small well behaved dogs (max 2) are allowed but to comply with the parks terms and conditions they must be kept on a lead at all times. (see parks terms and conditions). If any damage occurs to the caravan or its contents the deposit will not be refunded.

5. Items marked with ** are in addition to the cost of your holiday and prices for these are available on request.
