Owner's Description

We have a comfortable, well-kept, 2 bedroom family caravan that sleeps up to seven people. Our caravan is situated in a quite corner of Ladram Bay Holiday Park with plenty of space.

The accommodation consists of 1 double bedroom, one twin bedroom with an additional drop down bunk suitable for a junior, and a pull out double bed in the lounge area. Duvets and pillows are provided.

There is an en-suite toilet off the main bedroom and a separate bathroom with a full size walk in shower, basin and toilet.

The caravan is clean and well cared for with all you need for an excellent family holiday. There is a Freeview box in both the lounge and double bedroom, a selection of DVDs, board games and books. There is also a Playstation 2 with games and a CD/radio player.

The Surrounding Area

This is a beautiful part of East Devon on the un-spoilt Jurassic coast. Sidmouth is a 10 minute drive, also Seaton, Lyme Regis (were you can go fossil hunting), Budleigh Salterton and the 2 miles of golden sandy beach at Exmouth.

There is plenty to do in the surrounding area such as coastal walks from the site. Locally there is Bicton Botanical Gardens, Crealy Adventure Park & Country Life, plus lots more.
