Owner's Description

The main bedroom in our two bedroom caravan to let has a double bed, side lockers and wardrobe. The twin room has two comfortable single beds which can be put together to make another double, with side locker and wardrobe.

Between the two rooms is a bathroom which has a shower cubicle, wash hand basin, and flushing toilet.

In the galley style kitchen there is everything you will need for a self catering holiday including microwave, full size cooker, toaster and refrigerator, with plenty of storage space for your food.

All bedding (sheets, pillows and cases, duvets and covers) are provided and are fresh and clean on every change over. The only thing we do not supply are towels, this is on the grounds of health.

The dining area (with additional double bed) leads to the lounge area which has a freeview TV, DVD player and a radio with CD player. Both doors lead onto verandas with table and chairs for your use. There are also folding chairs and wind breakers available for you to use at the caravan or the beach

Happy Days Leisure Holiday Village is owned by the same family celebrating their 50th year. As such the site is family orientated with its large two part clubhouse and facilities that include outside heated fun pool, arcades and launderette.

Nearby are grocery shops, restaurants, cafes and othe public houses catering for all different taste.

With access from the site to the large and clean beach, you will find you do not have to use the main road.

The bus services are only yards away from the site giving easy access to places like Fantasy Island, Skegness and Mablethorpe along with many other interesting places around the Lincolnshire coastline. This means you don't have to use a vehicle to get about.
