The bathroom has a large shower with sliding doors, a wash basin and flushing toilet, a cabinet for your toiletries. Both the bathroom and the kitchen have running hot water. A hair dryer, a 2 pin adaptor, iron and board are also provided for your use.

The kitchen has a full sized cooker with electric ignition, a microwave oven, 4 sliced toaster, kettle and refridgerator with a 4* freezer compartment. All utensils, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery are included.

YOUR GAS/ELEC., WATER & HEATING are INCLUDED at "NO EXTRA COST".

The lounge/dinner area has comforable seating, for your entertainment there is a flat screen T/V. with a D.V.D. player and a boombox portable radio/C.D. and tape player with headphones. There are games in the lounge and twin bedroom for rainy days (if we get any).

There are windbreakers and folding chairs for use at the caravan or the beach, a gated varanda goes the full length of the caravan and is child safe with a seat for your comfort.

On site there is a launderette, indoor sports hall and outdoor heated fun pool (June to Sept.) as well as a clubhouse and arcades. Passes are required for these, PLEASE ASK ABOUT THEM.

The beach is only minutes away through a private gate on site (so you do not have to use the busy road), nearby are shops like "ya-ba-daba-doos" and "crash bang wallop" along with more regular groceries and goodies.

Whilst there is a clubhouse on site there are other places like restaurants, cafe's and public houses with alternatve entertainment. The bus service is good and runs by the site to Mablethorpe and Skegness, around Ingoldmells, Fantasy Island and Butlins
