Owner's Description

2004 six berth, heated caravan with two bedrooms (one double and one twin) with an additional convertible double bed in the lounge.

The caravan has a sunny dining area and lounge with fully equipped kitchen (gas cooker, microwave, fridge etc). The bathroom has a shower, wash basin and toilet.

Outside we have spacious decking to the front and side of the caravan, plus a grassed area. A full range of external table, chairs and loungers are provided for the decking.

Your own designated parking space is at rear of the caravan.

Gas and electricity are included in price. Free Wi-Fi included.

Mattress protectors, pillows and duvets have been provided but please bring your own linen. Alternatively you could hire it from Reception for a small charge.

Our caravan is close to all site amenities including the clubhouse, with a full entertainment programme, an indoor swimming pool (including children's pool), safe children's play areas, crazy golf, and a beach with boat hire available.

Also on site you will find a restaurant, bars, fully stocked shop, and a cafe which serves take away meals at night.

Local Area

Ladram Bay is a four star holiday park in beautifull East Devon, close to the popular resorts of Exmouth, Sidmouth and Budleigh Salterton.

There are plenty of clifftop walks from Ladram Bay to these resorts and a good bus service from the nearby village of Otterton (one mile away). The cities of Exeter, Torquay and surrounding areas are within easy reach and there are a host of local attractions.
