We don't have cleaners and rely on YOU to leave the caravan as you find it.

Most owners ask you to depart at 10am - we allow you the extra hour for cleaning. We have children and know what a rush it can be on departure day.

Families and couples only. Pets are not allowed sorry.

Keys are available from 2pm. A £50 key deposit is payable when you pick the keys up, which is to cover any damage or breakages during your stay. This will be paid back to you upon a satisfactory inspection of the caravan on you departure.

Unfortunately site rules and our insurance restrictions mean that we cannot allow bookings from single sex parties. So if you're not a family or couple please don't book our caravan; you will be found out and asked to leave without any refund.

Only a maximum of 6 people in the caravan or the above rule applies as well, sorry.

Kings Chalet & Caravan Park

There is a family club on site with a family room. There is also a fish and chip shop and children's park on site. The welcoming JT's Club is a short walk through the Chalet Park

The Fantasy Island complex is just 2 miles away, Skegness 6 miles away, and the beach is just a five minute walk down Trunch Lane. Also within walking distance you will find many attractions including Club Tropicana with its indoor swimming pool and top class entertainment, mini golf, small fair rides and lots of take aways and shops.

Trunch lane has lots of pubs, arcades, take aways and chip shops.

If it's outdoor swimming you want, then you will find that at Happy Days Caravan Park.

If it's fishing that you like, then Lakeside Leisure is the place for you with its plentiful ponds. The children will also enjoy the boats and everything else on offer.
