The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board etc. There is also a highchair, travel cot and small tumble dryer.

1 x shower room, reasonably spacious with a loo, sink and a shower cubicle and shelving.

3 x bedrooms - 1 double with wardrobe, overhead shelves and vanity area, 2 x single bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, and wardrobes. There is also a pull out bed in the living area.

The caravan is double glazed and has gas central heating.

We will supply duvets and pillows, but you will need to provide your own bed linen along with towels.

Gas and electric will be included in the price, although we ask you to leave a small donation should you use the tumble dryer or heated clothes airer which is supplied.

Should you wish to use the entertainment/swimming pool, which is run by the site, you can purchase a weekly pass, which I believe are £10 per person for the week. These can be obtained from the reception area.

Bookings & Conditions

The caravan is NOT available to all male/female groups or to groups under 21 - this is a park rule. We are happy to hire out to families and couples only.

No pets. Also, no smoking within the caravan.

We will require payment in full for holidays starting within 4 weeks - this would need to be received within 5 days of the booking and be made in cash or direct bank transfer. For holidays commencing after this time we will require a 50% non-refundable deposit - this however, will be deducted from your final payment, which will need to be received 4 weeks prior to your holiday starting. Payment via cheque is acceptable.

We will also require a £50 damages bond to cover any breakages and to ensure that the caravan is left in the same condition as when you arrive (ie. clean and tidy). This is fully refundable within 10 days of the end of your holiday. This payment should be received along with your final balance.

Availability

The caravan will be available from 3pm on day of arrival and will need to be vacated by 10am on day of departure. We may be flexible with times if required depending on other bookings.

The caravan can be hired weekly or fortnightly, unfortunately not for weekends alone.
