Owner's Description

We would like to welcome you to our very first holiday home here at Perran Sands Holiday Park.

Our caravan is a Richmond 2007 model (Prestige) with sea views from the lounge windows. It offers you 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin, but can sleep up to 8 people as it has a double bed in the lounge. All of the bedrooms have heating.

It also has a very large shower and a basin in the bathroom, and a separate toilet with hand basin. The bathroom also has heating.

The lounge area has a gas fire, Plasma TV/DVD player and Freeview. We also have a fully equipped kichen offering a fridge freezer, microwave, gas hob and oven. In fact, everything you need to make your holiday as comfortable as possible.

Our caravan is situated near only 4 other caravans and quite close to amenities (but not too close). There are also parking spaces next to caravan.

Duvets and pillows are provided, but you will need to bring along your own linen, i.e. duvet covers, sheets, towels and tea towels etc.

We offer our caraven as a Prestige. If you do choose to holiday in our caravan we do hope you enjoy it as much as we have.

Perran Sands Holiday Park

Perran Sands is situated in 500 acres of conservation land, which is mainly surrounded with sand dunes. From our caravan you can cross the cliff tops to visit the famous Watering Hole, a favourite of ours, and take in the breathtaking views on your way.

Truro is just a 15 minute drive away, and you may catch the bus from the park if you want to avoid the hassle of parking. Famous Newquay, as featured on TV, is only 7 miles away. Also nearby is the Eden Project, which is well worth a visit too.

While your here in Cornwall why not try a cream tea, or a Cornish pasty.

There are so many lovely places to see and visit here in Perranporth, you will be spoilt for choice. Or maybe you prefer just simply to relax here at Perran Sands.

Entertainment Passes

Haven passes are required for access to pool area and the large entertainment complex. These can be arranged when booking or you can decide if you require them on arrival at reception.

The cost of the passes is set by Haven and area as follows for a 7 night stay:

Peak Season - Adult £33 / Child £17
Off Peak Season - Adult £24 / Child £12.50
