The second bedroom contains a further double bed and there is also a pull down bunk, sleeping one more person. In the living room the dining table also turns into a further double bed once made up.

All pillows and quilts are provided, although we do ask you to bring your own base and quilt covers, towels and tea towels, although this can be hired should you wish the beds to be made for when you arrive.

Gas and electric is included in the price of your stay.

Parking is permitted on the site and is close to the caravan.

Location

Our caravan is sited very close to the entrance of the park and from the caravan to the main road is only a 2 minute walk. This is ideal as you won't need to walk all the way through the site to get to the caravan.

The Maid Marion pub, the clubhouse, chip shop, mini market, Chinese takeaway, shop and arcade are all close to the caravan.

Club Tropicana is just across the main road for entertainment should you wish to watch a live show or play a game of bingo or two!

Swimming is also available locally on site.

Passes for the clubhouse and swimming pool are NOT included in the price of your stay.

The beach is just a short stroll through the park.

There is a regular bus service along the main road should you wish to leave the car and not have to worry about parking, and Ingoldmells Market is a short drive or bus ride away. Butlins is local and allows day visitors, and a little further in and you will find Skegness. In the opposite direction you will find Mablethorpe.

All in all there is plenty to do and you are centrally based.

If you wish to go into the centre of chapel St Leonards you will find more shops and cafes and access to the beach

Bookings & Conditions

Saturday through to Saturday is the weekly stay, but we do cater for short stays, either weekends or mid week.

Smoking is allowed in the caravan, but we do ask you to refrain from smoking in the bedrooms.

A £50 deposit is required on booking, with the full balance required 4 weeks prior to your stay. If the holiday is cancelled, please be aware that this deposit is non- refundable.

The £50 deposit will then be used as a security bond and will be refunded on the day you vacate once the caravan has been checked for damages etc.

This is a family caravan so we do not accept bookings from all male or all female groups. Minimum age for lead hirer is 25.
