Owner's Description

Luxury 8 berth,3 bedroom caravan sited at the popular Lakeside Caravan Park at Butlins Minehead.

All prices are inclusive of gas and electric.

Lounge area: TV with DVD player,gas fire, large comfortable seating with pull out double bed.

Kitchen: Fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, ironing board with iron.

Dining area: Table and seating with all cooking equipment provided.

Bedrooms: 1 x double bedroom, 2 x twin bedrooms, fitted wardrobes, mattresses. Pillows and duvets provided. Radiators are also available in the colder months.

Shower room: Separate shower room with basin and mirror.

Toilet: Separate toilet

Outside: Grass areas surrounding the caravan. Enough space for 1 family car. You also have free use of the nearby fishing lake

Liability: There is a £50 refundable damage deposit. This will be refunded to you after the satisfactory inspection on your departure
