We have a brand new 2011 caravan that offers a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. The open plan lounge has a seated area, which also turns into an extra bed if required.

The lounge has a 17" TV with DVD player and freeview with children's channels. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, fridge and cooker. There is also a dining area.

The bathroom has a shower and WC, and there is also a separate WC.

The gas and electric providing the hot water is free of charge.

Parking is available outside the caravan where there is also a small garden and paved area.

The caravan is just 5 minutes from Newton beach and local activities, suitable for all ages, as well as a swimming pool with Jungle Jim and a play area.
