Owner's Description

We have an ABI Brisbane, 35x12 caravan to let in a quiet cul de sac, which benefits from having a conservatory with cane furniture, and decking with patio furniture and gas barbecue.

The caravan has 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, or could be 2 doubles, as well as a double bed under the settee in the lounge.

The lounge also has a flat screen TV with Freeview and a DVD player.

The dining area seats six, and the kitchen includes a fridge, full cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery,

Southview Leisure Park is just outside Skegness. On site facilities include an indoor pool, gym, 9 or 18 hole golf course, bowling green, club, amusement arcade, restaurants, bars, and a hotel,

£50 Reduction for 2 consecutive weeks

Passes are included in price for all leisure facilities and clubs

The Park is fully secure

Parking for two cars next to caravan

Duvets & pillows are provided but please bring your own duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels, or for £20 00 a week all bedding can be provided

Mid week and weekend breaks are occasionally available please email or ring for possible availability
