Owner's Description

The caravan, which is spacious and comfortable, sleeps 6. It is sited in a prime area of the Award Winning Holiday Park on a peaceful elevated position with stunning sea views.

There is a large patio area with table, seating, parasol and a choice of two BBQ’s (gas/charcoal).

The accommodation has heating in all rooms and consists of a double bedroom with TV/DVD, a twin/double bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge area.

The shower room (with full size shower) is accessible from both the hallway and as an en-suite from the double bedroom.

Our great facilities include LCD TV with Freeview, Dual DVD/Video player, portable stereo/radio/tape player, binoculars and a selection of DVDs, videos, games, puzzles and books. There is a hairdryer, iron and board, etc. plus duvets and pillows.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, slow cooker, steamer, George Forman grill and lots of extras. We provide plenty of glassware, crockery and lots of utensils.

Ladram Bay Holiday Park

The family run, award winning Holiday Park has a sheltered private beach with boat and canoe hire, an indoor heated swimming pool with an outdoor ‘water walking’ feature, ice skating rink and a fantastic children’s large wooden pirate ship in the play area.

There is a very well stocked shop, cafe, takeaway and a restaurant (overlooking the sea). Children are catered for with Ozzie’s Club and Club Teen for the teenagers. There is also great family entertainment every evening.

This is a beautiful part of East Devon on the unspoilt Jurassic coast with many places of interest to visit locally and in the surrounding area. It is also ideal for walking, fishing, golf, horse riding, etc.

Ladram Bay is close to Sidmouth, Exmouth, beautiful Bicton Park, Crealy Adventure Park and many, many more places of interest to suit all tastes and ages.
