Owner's Description

The accommodation is a luxury Pemberton Monte Carlo with double glazing and central heating throughout. Car parking is next to the caravan.

Bedroom one has a double divan bed, plenty of wardrobe space, a dressing table with mirror another chest of drawers for storage, and its own toilet and wash basin.

The second bedroom has two single divan beds, which can be put together to make a double bed, and has ample wardrobe space. There are proper divan beds in this caravan.

The main toilet has a large shower cabinet which runs off a gas combination boiler providing excellent water pressure (no moving around to get wet!).

There is also a full size wash basin with storage cabinet above for toiletries etc.

The kitchen has a full size fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and a good sized gas oven with a 4 burner hob. There is plenty of cutlery, dishes and cooking utensils provided.

The lounge/diner has very comfortable fixed seating, one free standing armchair and a dining table with four chairs. There is a wall mounted flat screen TV with Sky satellite freeview for cosy nights in or just to chill out watching your favourite soap. The external patio doors in the room can be opened out to cool off during the hot summer days and nights. Should it get chilly there is a gas fire to warm you up.

Outside caravan there is a barbecue and patio table, chairs and parasol.
