The Kitchen/dining room is also of a good size, with a gas cooker with extractor fan over, full size integral fridge and freezer, dishwasher and plenty of storage space. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, toaster, kettle and microwave. Kitchen roll, cleaning materials and dishwasher tablets are provided for your convenience. The dining table has four padded leather chairs and is very comfortable. There is also a small television with freeview box in the kitchen/dining room

There is a small hallway leading to the bathroom and bedrooms. The small bedroom has twin beds, which can be pushed together to form a double bed. There is a wardrobe and storage.

The main bedroom is large and spacious with a large window to the side. It has a king size 5' bed with memory foam mattress. There are full size mirrored sliding wardrobe doors and a small dressing table with chair and mirror. The bedroom has plenty of storage space and a flat screen television with DVD player can also be found in here. There is a connection door to the large bathroom, which has a large shower area with seating inside the cubicle and a heated towel rail.

There is parking nearby the caravan.

We wil provide you with a welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits. There will also be fresh milk in the fridge ready for you to have a relaxing drink following your journey.

I also offer an additional shopping service, so that you don't have to bother with food shopping and everything that you require can be awaiting your arrival.

The caravan is equipped with a steam iron and ironing board, Dyson vacuum cleaner and hairdryer. You will also find cleaning materials and toilet rolls are provided for your convenience and thoughout your stay.

There is a decking area to the front and side of the caravan complete with gate to allow a safe place for small children to play. There is also a table and chairs from which you can sit and admire the view and watch the world go by.

The caravan will be presented in a spotless condition, as I clean the caravan myself.

Duvets and Pillows are provided. You will need to bring with you sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Alternatively sheets can be hired direct from Haven if required.

THIS IS A STRICTLY NON SMOKING CARAVAN. WE KINDLY ASK THAT YOU DO NOT SMOKE AS A MEMBER OF OUR FAMILY SUFFERS WITH ASTHMA. ANY EVIDENCE OF SMOKING WILL RESULT IN THE LOSS OF YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT AND AN ADDITIONAL DEEP CLEANING CHARGE OF £75.

We ask that you treat our caravan with care and respect during your stay.

We do not accept pets only 'Official Assistance Dogs'.

Gas and electric are included in the price.

Haven Wi-Fi

Wireless interenet access is now avialiable at Littlesea across the whole park as well as inside the caravans. Bring your own laptop, games console or Wi-Fi ready devices with you on holiday and keep in touch with friends and family, share your holiday experiences through messaging and email. This is subject to a small charge and tokens can be bought direct from Haven.

Bookings & Conditions

To book our caravan please contact me via email or phone on the numbers above and below.

We require a deposit of £100 to secure a booking. If the booking is a short notice booking of less than four weeks, we require the full payment. You will also be asked to provide a second cheque for the sum of £100 as a security deposit against damage and breakages. This will be returned to you providing no damage or breakages occur during your visit.

The keys will be availiable for collection from reception on Saturday at 2.30pm. Checking out time is Saturday 10am. Please ensure that you return the keys to reception on leaving.

We ask that you leave the caravan in a clean condition. If you have any problems or concerns during your stay our contact numbers will be availiable in the caravan for your convenience.

There will be an information file in the caravan with details of the short cut to the Funworks, bus time tables, things to do etc., as well as phone numbers for local doctors, dentist and security.

Littlesea Holiday Park

Littlesea Holiday Park is a 5 Star, award winning caravan park just 1.5 miles from Weymouth. Littlesea makes the most of the views of Chesil Bank and the Fleet Nature Reserve, with its bank beautifully sweeping upwards from the lagoon. The park has a very spacious layout with large areas set aside for sunbathing, ball games and kite flying, and there are relaxing and scenic costal walks.
