Owner's Description

Our caravan has 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, with an additional double pull-out bed in the lounge.

Also in the lounge there is a dining table, TV/DVD player and radio/CD player as well as a selection of films, CDs and books. The children are not forgotten either, with games and films for them too.

The caravan has a fully equipped kitchen with hob/oven, fridge and microwave.

Outside there is patio area with table, chairs and parasol

Our caravan is located just 2 minutes walk from the pebbled beach and is also close to the Clubhouse which has indoor pool, sauna, gym, laundry facilites, restaurant/bar with entertainment. On site there is also a mobile shop for essentials. The site also has Wi-Fi access.

Pevensey Bay is just a short walk away, where you will find a fish & chip shop, Indian and Chinese takeaway/restaurant, gift shops, an off licence, and lovely tea rooms that make fantastic breakfast!

There are also superstores, Asda & Next, close by with multiplex cinema and restaurant, which are next to Sovereign Harbour where there are shops, bars and restaurant, along with boat trips to local sights such as Beachy Head.

Eastbourne is the next town, with a variety of entertainment including Treasure Island, Fort Fun, regular noddy train to Pier, parks, night clubs. It is also host to the popular airshow in August.
