This is a 28x10 caravan with a superb veranda, shower and WC, and all mod cons including Freeview, TV and stereo.

This caravan has 2 bedrooms and an additional pull out double bed in the lounge. We provide quilts and pillows, but linen is not provided. You must also bring your own towels.

Our caravan is situated next to two well stocked fishing lakes and is overlooking one of the lakes. There are also 3 more fishing lakes just 100 yards behind us.

We are situated just two minutes from the beach and ten minutes from Fantasy Island and Eastgate market.

Butlins is just a 5 minute drive away. There is also a bus stop just outside the campsite that travels to Skegness via Eastgate market.
